Job description

Associate Creative Director (Art) at Creative Circle, Milwaukee, WI. Fullโ€‘time role, approximately 30 hrs/week, salaried with full benefits. Hybrid flexible schedule with 2โ€‘3 days in office.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of agency experience in storytelling, brand creative, and preferably digital/virtual/experience design.
  • Experience leading and managing creative teams to powerful results; collaborating successfully within a crossโ€‘functional leadership team.
  • Portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work, ideally with B2B clients in Financial Services, Automotive, and/or Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
Responsibilities
  • Apply strong visual design and storytelling from concept development to final execution.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the clientโ€™s overall brand vision.
  • Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals.
  • Oversee the creative teamโ€™s production from concept to final execution.
  • Ensure highโ€‘quality client deliverables.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor.
  • Make strategic recommendations and foster collaborative conversations.
  • Work seamlessly with all internal teams/departments; serve as the voice of the creative team for both internal and external audiences.
