What You'll Do

As the Branch Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, employee development, and operational excellence. You'll lead by example while supporting the sales, service, parts, rental, and administrative functions of the branch.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve individual and team success.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-focused work environment.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor branch financial performance, review key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, improve customer retention, and grow market share.
  • Oversee equipment, parts, and rental inventory to ensure proper stocking levels and inventory accuracy.
  • Work closely with department managers to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Promote and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
  • Build relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners to strengthen the branch's presence.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, forecasts, and operational updates for company leadership.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of management experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in the compact construction equipment, equipment rental, or dealership industry preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

  • Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Traverse shop, warehouse, yard, and customer jobsite environments.
  • Operate compact construction equipment when necessary.
  • Use computers, mobile devices, and office equipment throughout the day.
