Familiarity with digital collaboration tools like Miro, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams is essential for organizing and managing effective sessions. Excellent communication, active listening, and adaptability help you guide participants and encourage diverse ideas. Additionally, breaking the group into smaller teams or using prompts can stimulate creativity and ensure everyone's contributions are valued. Regularly acknowledging all ideas, regardless of feasibility, fosters trust and motivates ongoing engagement in collaborative sessions.
