This position is structured for a remote work setting. Our team operates within a community health clinic framework, where collaboration is key to delivering integrated care. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while contributing to a client-focused and multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists. Regular virtual team meetings ensure ongoing communication and collaboration, maintaining a sense of camaraderie among staff even when working remotely.

• Administer comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status and emotional well-being of clients.
• Construct and oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans that directly align with clients' unique needs, preferences, and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and group sessions.
• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress and efficacy of treatment plans, making adjustments in collaboration with the team as needed.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients enduring acute distress.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate, confidential client records while adhering to legal guidelines and ethical standards.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team to advance client outcomes and ensure cohesive treatment approaches.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to remain at the forefront of mental health practices and interventions.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards put forth by licensing boards and organizational policies.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of a current state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients and team members.
• Deep empathy and compassion, consistently demonstrating a commitment to client well-being.

• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines and relevant laws governing mental health practice.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and ongoing learning.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• Experience in a community health clinic setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models and techniques.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
