A collaborative team of Psychiatrists, Therapists, and Pharmacists works together to support clients throughout their care journey. Role Description The Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) will provide remote, full-time mental health services, including psychosocial assessments, individual and family therapy, and care planning for clients with mood, anxiety, cognitive, and trauma-related conditions. This role involves collaborating closely with Psychiatrists, Therapists, Pharmacists, and other team members to coordinate treatment plans and ensure continuity of care. The LMSW will engage in regular telehealth sessions, maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, and participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings. Additional responsibilities include crisis intervention as appropriate, client advocacy, resource referral, and ongoing monitoring of progress to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
Qualifications
  • Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential in applicable state(s) and eligibility to practice independently under supervision as required.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution; additional training in clinical or medical social work is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy or counseling for mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and cognitive conditions, preferably in outpatient or telehealth settings.
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and case management skills, with the ability to coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and other digital tools to deliver and document care securely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills with diverse populations, including individuals, families, and older adults.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a full-time caseload, and maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.
  • Experience or interest in perinatal/postpartum mental health, senior cognitive health, and traumatic brain injury care is a plus.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices, continuing education, and culturally responsive, non-discriminatory care.
