Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is hiring an experienced Vice Chief CRNA for Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA. As Vice Chief CRNA, you will partner with the Chief CRNA to lead and supervise a dedicated group of anesthesia professionals, align facility goals with divisional objectives, and ensure optimal patient care delivery. Johnston-Willis Hospital offers a diverse mix of Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, Ortho, Urology, GYN, GI & General cases.
Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university and successful completion of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia Program required.
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA/NBCRNA required.
  • Active licensure with current ACLS, BLS certification required.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee scheduling and maintain efficient perioperative workflow.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts for quality APPs in collaboration with recruitment teams.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff APPs and SRNAs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
