Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Certified Dietary Manager to oversee the planning, preparation, and service of nutritious meals that support our residents’ health and recovery. You’ll lead a dedicated dietary team, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive excellence in food service operations.

This is more than a kitchen job—it’s a leadership role at the intersection of nutrition and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage daily and weekly meal plans that meet residents’ nutritional needs and medical requirements
  • Supervise dietary staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
  • Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met in all food handling and kitchen operations
  • Maintain accurate dietary records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff on individualized resident care plans
  • Manage food and supply inventory, ordering, and budget control
  • Conduct regular audits of food service operations and implement improvements


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required
