Job description

A-1 Mastectomy Care, Inc. is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking female candidate to join our team in a meaningful role focused on patient care, comfort, and confidence.

No certification? We provide full training and pay for your mastectomy fitter certification!

Responsibilities

  • Perform breast prosthesis and post-mastectomy bra fittings.
  • Provide compassionate, respectful support to patients.
  • Educate patients on product use and care.
  • Coordinate patient referrals and assist with referral-related communication.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and our team to support a smooth patient experience.

Requirements

  • Female candidate, to support patient privacy and comfort during fittings.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willing to complete company-paid training and certification.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role, combining in-office patient care with referral coordination.
