Location: Woodland, CA

Multispecialty group – 150+ providers. Group has been in existence for over 100 years
Strong retention!! Some of our providers have been with the group for 20, 30 years.

We currently have 2 Urologists - one will be retiring, as soon as we can find her replacement.
Opportunity highlights:

Full time position. Access to Robotics.
Average patients per day = 17
OR/Procedure days versus clinic: 1-1.5 procedure days per week in office
(average 10-12 procedure/day), 1-2 OR day per week (average 4-5
procedures/day), 1-3 days per month in ASC

Challenge with urology recruitment: no Robot at the hospital (they are working on it).
Patient population: lots of diversity - from migrant workers to college professors
Payer Mix: HMO, PPO, Fee for service
Patients admitted to Hospital – Group has hospitalists as part of their group.
