Job description

Gold Standard Urology is seeking a highly motivated, high-energy Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our premier practice at our Wilshire office. This is a dynamic role designed for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing elite-level urological care. As a key member of our clinical team, you will manage a diverse patient load, providing both autonomous and collaborative care.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is fluent in Spanish and possesses the clinical "engine" to keep up with a thriving private practice.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive urological physical exams and patient consultations.
  • Diagnose and treat common and complex urological conditions (UTIs, BPH, kidney stones, etc.).
  • Perform or assist in office-based procedures and follow-up care.
  • Documentation: Utilize NextGen EMR to maintain precise, timely, and thorough patient records.
  • Patient Advocacy: Communicate complex medical information clearly to Spanish-speaking and English-speaking patient populations.
  • Collaborate closely with our surgeons and administrative team to ensure "Gold Standard" patient flow and outcomes.
Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Licensure: Current California NP or PA license and DEA registration.
  • Language: Professional fluency in Spanish is required.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with NextGen EMR is highly preferred.
