Job description

VALET (Under Valet Supervisor) (One Full-Time Position [with benefits] Open or could be Two Part-Time Positions)

MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD 

Shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Shift 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Everyday

Hourly

1. Delivery of residents’ cars to the circular driveway when called

2. The return of residents’ cars to their assigned parking upon return

3. Carrying groceries, luggage and other items when needed

4. Park and retrieve all guest cars via use of valet ticket

5. Direction & guidance of all commercial trade vehicles for loading, off loading and parking

6. Direction and assistance to nurses, housekeepers, Realtors, etc. (non-resident owner or lessee)

7. Assist in distribution of UPS packages, FedEx, floral arrangements, food and pharmacy deliveries

8. Maintain surveillance of garage and other BP property for security purposes

9. Assist Fire and Medical vehicles and personnel

10. Valets are to assist management to keep the driveway area clean, empty trash cans when necessary, etc.

11. At all times two valets are to assist owners and guests to get in or out of their cars unless valet’s help is needed elsewhere

12. Daily monitor garage trash on each level and cigarette butts

13. Daily keep circle clean of leaves, construction footprints and debris, use sweeper if necessary

14. Water new plantings when advised by landscapers

15. Daily attend to pool cover, dumpster schedule and kitchen area

16. Follow valet training procedures

17. Assist Management during hurricanes and other emergency situations, including illness and vacations
