GROUP FITNESS COACH - BOXUNION
Los Angeles Area - Sherman Oaks | Robertson | Santa Monica 
POSITION OVERVIEW 
BoxUnion is the sister company of TITLE Boxing Club. A BoxUnion Coach is responsible for delivering a world-class experience. The position requires a strong ability to command, lead, and inspire others through a pre-designed workout. A BU Coach must demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and immerse themselves in the BU community & brand culture.

Our classes are centered around heavy bag-based boxing to the beat of the music, while empowering upwards of 40 participants to conquer their goals. We are on a mission to motivate, uplift, and throw a punch at whatever life throws at us! 
  
BRAND STANDARDS & RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • On-Brand Classes: Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming 
  • Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-shots 
  • Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops 
  • Lead by Example: Work out alongside members during class to amplify the energy 
  • Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS 
  • High School Diploma/GED 
  • CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred 
  • Hold a nationally accredited fitness certification highly preferred (ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.) 
  • Boxing enthusiast preferred; however not a ‘knock-out’ qualification 
  • 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred  
  • Deliver an energetic, motivating class 
  • Coach a minimum of 2-3 pre-designed BoxUnion workout classes per week 
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends 
COMPENSATION & PERKS 
  • $35-$65/class  
  • Potential bonus structure(s) and ability to run personalized boxing and/or strength training sessions
