Job description

Our F45 family is looking for high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and nail the execution at our studio. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. As an F45 Fitness Trainer, you will help to build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead F45 group training classes building relationships to motivate members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals
  • Setup the studio for specific functional training classes helping maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the studio
  • Participate in the monthly F45 Athletics webinars
  • Leading predetermined workouts with the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries
  • Ensure members are performing exercises safely, always using the correct form, and offering modifications as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the Membership Manager to provide feedback for in person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
  • Demonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect form
  • Ability to give regressions and progressions for all exercises
  • Set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after classes
  • Participate in marketing initiatives for social media, digital/print marketing, and community events

Qualifications:
  • 1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer or group training experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable with public speaking
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with members
  • Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
  • An understanding of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts

Certification Requirements:
  • Nationally accredited current fitness certification or group training certification preferred, including: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, ISSA, AFAA
  • Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification

Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
