Job description

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, Office of Human Resources, is seeking an intern to assist with various administrative projects. 

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

·       Update position description templates (e.g., department name, department ID, office name);

·       Track updated position descriptions by office;

·       Save position descriptions with establish naming convention;

·       Scan and index personnel files in electronic personnel system (i.e., OnBase);

·       Assist staff with boxing up files per records retention schedule;

·       Update templates and forms to department approved letterhead;

·       Use checklists to assist in archiving electronic documents on SharePoint sites;

·       Generate HR reports and compile stats in bi-weekly report;

·       Support HR senior analysts and managers by providing administrative support on various projects as needed.

Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
