About the Job:

  • Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. No weekends or evenings.
  • Work closely with your supervisor and company ownership. Hard work never goes unnoticed or unrewarded.
  • Warehouse environment; no interacting with the public.
  • Work closely with a close-knit team of about 10 people. Everyone plays a role in rowing the boat forward. No weak links. No drama. No conflict. Just working together to get the job done.

  • Production of home fragrance products - Laying out glass, placing wicks in candles, labeling jars and boxes, boxing up products, quality control checks, stocking inventory shelves, etc.
  • Keeping our place neat - we all enjoy a nice work environment. When you're done with a task, leave the area cleaner for the next person.
  • Basic math skills are important - know your times tables (6x6), be able to use a calculator to calculate percentages, and basic arithmetic.
  • Packing orders - pulling the correct products off shelves, scanning them, packing boxes, palletizing
  • Assembling kits - put together gift sets to offer a top notch customer unboxing experience.
  • Must be physically fit - standing all day, bending over, lifting 50 lbs. You've got to be a go getter. Nobody takes a break (other than lunch). There's no sitting down. We're all moving and standing all day.
  • Opportunities for wage increases and earned vacation time at 6 months and 1 year. Then every year after that.
