Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Box Truck Driver to join our dynamic delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a 26-foot box truck to deliver goods efficiently and on time. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate load and unload procedures, and maintaining a professional driving record. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where your driving skills and attention to detail make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 26-foot box truck for local route deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed
  • Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, including receipts and delivery logs
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients during drop-offs and pickups
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety issues
  • Follow designated routes efficiently while managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules
  • Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving goods, organizing inventory, and supporting loading/unloading operations when necessary

Skills

  • Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or box truck operator with route driving expertise
