Liberty Tire Recycling is a high-growth company and the premier provider of tire recycling services in North America with operations throughout the United States and Canada. Liberty Tire annually transforms more than 210 million tires into raw materials for smart, sustainable products that improve our environment and people's lives. The Company is private equity owned, has approximately 60 sites in the US and Canada, and nearly 4,000 employees. With innovative tools, technologies and processes, Liberty Tire is a revolutionary American conservation enterprise – from coast to coast, and from whole tire to end products. The company's commitment to finding new and better ways to RECLAIM, RECYCLE and REUSE bridges the sustainability goals of scrap tire generators nationwide with those of local scrap rubber consumers.

The Non-CDL Box Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and timely pickup, loading, transport, and delivery of used waste tires from customer locations along assigned routes. The driver works as part of a two-person team with a Route Helper and is responsible for operating a box truck while assisting with the manual loading and stacking of tires. Routes are assigned by dispatch; drivers are responsible for managing daily route activities, maintaining professionalism at customer locations, and completing all required documentation accurately. • Manually handle and stack waste tires weighing up to 50 pounds each throughout the workday.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at customer locations, including obtaining signatures and completing required service documentation.
  • Ensure loads are properly stacked, secured, and compliant with DOT and company safety requirements before transport.
  • Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment; report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
  • Accurately complete route paperwork and required company or customer documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, route helpers, and operations staff regarding route status, delays, or service issues.
  • Navigate assigned routes using maps, GPS, and dispatch instructions while accounting for traffic, weather, and site conditions.
  • Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers, tire stores, dispatch, and internal teams.

  • Ability to perform repetitive physical labor, including lifting, stacking, and securing tires.
  • Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while operating as part of a two-person team.
  • Clear and professional communication with dispatch, customers, and coworkers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 21 years old.
  • Valid non-CDL driver's license.
  • Must meet all FMCSA driver qualification requirements as applicable to non-CDL drivers.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with DOT standards.
  • Minimum of 1 year of box truck driving experience.
Preferred Qualifications
