At Premier ProduceOne, we’re more than a produce distributor; we’re a team dedicated to delivering excellence and building a workplace where everyone can grow. We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Box Truck Driver for our Cleveland location.

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Box Truck Driver to join our produce warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting fresh produce from our warehouse to local customers, retailers, and distribution centers. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products are delivered on time and in excellent condition.

Semi-annual Safety Bonus opportunity

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver product to assigned customers using hand jacks, skids, etc., placing orders in specific locations based on customers’ needs
  • Safely operate and maneuver our 24'-26' standard shift and/or automatic box trucks
  • Meet established time frames while logging into our truck management software
  • Use an eye for detail while monitoring quality & matching quantity ordered
  • Communicate regularly with dispatchers to meet customer expectations
  • Practice safety while entering/exiting vehicle and while on customers’ premises
  • Work with a sense of urgency to complete route and respect customers’ time

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Have a qualified MVR
  • Must pass a DOT physical
  • Available for Saturday routes
  • Must be able to repetitively lift and carry 50–75-pound packages
  • Work history satisfactorily performing the skills listed above
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Operate with a focus on safety
  • Work with a sense of urgency in a professional manner
