PURPOSE
The Production Associate is responsible for performing various tasks on the production line, ensuring that production requirements and standards are consistently met while maintaining a high level of quality, speed, and accuracy. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the production team to achieve all production goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.

DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met by following instructions communicated through job tickets and/or verbally
• Strive to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet all production goals
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks, ensuring all work is accurate
• Pack goods to be shipped
• Maintain work areas and equipment; ensure production area and warehouse are neat and pathways are clear
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Perform other duties as assigned
