The production technician will have an excellent personable disposition and a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle the dynamic of a fast-paced startup. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, following company policies & procedures, communication, safety and nurturing the positive work environment.
Responsibilities:

  • To perform any of the various assembly functions as assigned by production supervisor.
  • Works in quality conscious and safe manner
  • Ability to perform work at process speed and/or standard rates.
  • Advises production supervisor with any problems with tools, equipment, fixtures, materials, or setup operator.
  • Maintains daily product log.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
  • Keeps workstation and surrounding area clean.
  • Maintain all assigned tools.
  • Any other duties are required by management.
  • Pull and prepare parts for the production cycle
  • Have the ability to drive a 24foot box truck, no CDL is required but a clean driving record is a must.
  • Training will be provided for driving our forklifts.
Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Eligible for work in the US
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Prefer 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Must be able to read, write and have basic computer skills.
  • Good hand eye coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to work standing for 8 hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Follow all plant and departmental safety rules and regulations.
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical.
