Schedule: 10:00 PM โ€“ 2:30 AM
Shifts: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (schedule may vary during winter months)

Job Description

Privee on Elm is hiring experienced and professional Security / Bouncers to join our nightlife security team. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff while upholding Priveeโ€™s standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Security staff must be alert, dependable, trustworthy, and able to balance firm enforcement with customer service. This position requires both indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Check guest identification and verify legal age
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and venue activity
  • Enforce venue rules and company policies consistently and professionally
  • Maintain crowd control and assist with line management
  • De-escalate conflicts and disturbances calmly
  • Remove guests when necessary, following proper procedures
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs of restrooms, patios, and common areas
  • Communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and staff
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement if required
  • Maintain a professional presence and positive attitude at all times
