What will I be doing?
As a Bartender at Ocean 22, you will be responsible for driving company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Knowledge of mixed liquor's and ale's soda, water, sugars and other prepared beverages.
  • Serve other cold beverages such as wine, beer and sodas and collect monies for beverages served as well as food served in the lounge area.
  • Prepare bar area in supplies needed such as ice, slice and pit fruit garnishing drinks etc. Full knowledge of Micros and end of shift reports.
  • Place bottle goods and glasses to make an attractive display. All bottles are placed according to specs.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards.

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 1+ years of Cashiering/Cash Handling Experience
  • Previous Bartender experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Ability to push, pull and lift to 50 pounds
