Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests to our establishment with a smile!
  • Check IDs of all patrons and turn those away with questionable or false identification
  • Stand by the stanchion and open and close it for bottle service team members and only customers of VIP table reservations in your area
  • Keep an eye out for the general feel of your area, looking for tension or patrons who are overly intoxicated
  • Always be polite when turning away customers who are intoxicated or who do not adhere to the dress code
  • Communicate if arguments start between customers
  • Avoiding long lines at the door by working efficiently
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with management, patrons, coworkers, and law enforcement
  • Work with bottle service team members to ensure credit cardholder does not leave without paying -Assist with traffic flow, keep people moving

Qualifications
  • TABC certification, or willing to obtain
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
