What is a Botox RN?

A Botox RN is a registered nurse who is trained and certified to administer Botox injections for cosmetic or medical purposes. These nurses typically work in medical spas, dermatology clinics, or plastic surgery offices, providing non-surgical treatments to reduce wrinkles, fine lines, and other signs of aging. In addition to administering injections, a Botox RN may also assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide pre- and post-procedure care. Specialized training and certification in aesthetic procedures are usually required, along with a current RN license.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Botox RN, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Botox RN, you need a current RN license, in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, and specialized training or certification in cosmetic injectables. Familiarity with injectables, medical charting software, and safety protocols is crucial for safe and effective practice. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a patient-focused approach help build trust and ensure client satisfaction. These skills are vital for delivering safe, aesthetically pleasing results and maintaining high standards of patient care in a competitive field.

Additionally, Botox RNs may assist with other cosmetic procedures or participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new techniques.

4Ever Young, Med Spa & Wellness Center
Location:

Schedule:
Full-Time (W2) - Center Hours: Tues-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 10am-4pm
Compensation:
$45-$60/hr base commensurate with experience and book, plus aggressive tiered commission and industry-leading book-transfer incentive

You're a great fit here if you love consult-driven aesthetics: listening deeply, building a plan, setting expectations, and delivering natural-looking results, while keeping the client experience calm, confident, and high-touch. If you are an experienced aesthetic nurse injector or cosmetic RN injector in the greater Houston area with a transferable book of business, this may be the right fit!
Our Story
4Ever Young was founded because we were willing to ask a radical question: what if you could look forward to the aging process? At 4Ever Young Wilchester, we're in the business of helping you live your best life, no matter where you are in your journey. Our anti-aging health facility uses advanced diagnostic methods and modern anti-aging science to develop a customized plan for each client's specific experience and moment in their journey. We don't just treat symptoms; we help clients maintain vitality and wellness.
The Wilchester center is an owner-operator location on a strong growth trajectory (37% year-over-year) with a clear revenue unlock: a consultative injector who can build and retain a loyal book. The team is tight-knit, leads with empathy, runs on trust, and takes the client experience seriously. No drama, no micromanagement - just people who are good at what they do and genuinely enjoy coming in.
What You'll Do
  • Lead education-first consultations: assess goals, recommend a treatment plan, set expectations, and secure the next step (rebook or plan).
  • Perform core injectable services - neuromodulators and dermal fillers - with strong safety fundamentals and natural results.
  • Deliver biostimulator treatments (Sculptra, Radiesse), or ramp quickly with structured training if needed.
  • Build and retain a loyal patient book through consistent rebook cadence, follow-up, and natural-results credibility.
  • Maintain clear documentation and a premium client experience - high EQ, calm under pressure, solutions-first.
  • Support broader clinic workflow as needed, including wellness-forward processes and protocol-driven clinical steps.
Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Active Texas RN license.
  • 2+ years hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (Botox plus dermal fillers) with confidence working independently in-room.
  • Biostimulator experience (Sculptra, Radiesse) or a clear willingness to train up quickly.
  • Transferable book of business: a loyal patient base you can bring with you. This is central to the comp model and the center's growth plan.
  • Strong consult communication and comfort recommending treatment plans (including packages when appropriate) in an education-first way.
  • Full-time availability, on-site, 4 days/week, 32 hours. Schedule extends to 5 days as patient volume grows.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Facial balancing mindset and documented case examples.
  • Laser experience (e.g., Clear + Brilliant) or strong interest in expanding into device-based services.
  • Wellness and longevity clinic experience (e.g., hormone therapy, IV therapy, medical weight loss) or genuine interest in learning this side of the model.
  • Polished, client-ready professionalism and a positive, team-first presence.
Credential note: Texas-licensed NP/APRN or PA will be considered if open to the same W2 hourly plus commission structure.
Benefits
What This Role Offers
  • Compensation: $45-$60/hr base, commensurate with experience and book you bring. Aggressive tiered commission plus an industry-leading book-transfer incentive - specifics covered in the recruiter interview.
  • Health, Dental, Life Insurance, and 401(k)
  • Retention kickers tied to consistent patient volume and milestone achievement.
  • Autonomy and low micromanagement - a culture built on positivity, empathy, initiative, and client experience.
  • Clear runway in consult-driven aesthetics: facial balancing focus, biostim reps valued, device exposure trainable.
  • Growth-stage center: 37% YoY growth trajectory at a tight-knit, owner-operator location.
  • Employee pricing on certain services and products per clinic policy (where applicable).
