Job Title: Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

Training:

We provide in-house training to ensure every provider meets our high standards for care and precision. No prior Aesthetics experience is required. Peachy's Nurse Practitioners kick-start their career with our exclusive training program. During your first week, you'll receive comprehensive training on wrinkle treatments using four different neuromodulators, dosage protocols, and our cutting-edge Peachy app, equipped with proprietary AI for streamlined treatment planning. Rest assured, you'll be compensated during this training period, ensuring a smooth transition into your role at Peachy.


What You'll Do:

  • Complete Peachy's comprehensive and rigorous clinical training program and attend ongoing continuing education trainings and events
  • Provide exceptional customer service in every Peachy client interaction
  • Perform wrinkle assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Educate clients about Peachy's variety of wrinkle prevention offerings including neurotoxins, prescription retinoids, and aftercare products
  • Administer neurotoxin (Botox®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®, and Dysport®) in 3 FDA approved locations for facial wrinkles
  • Complete and maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every client
  • Adhere to all company-wide initiatives, operational procedures, and safety protocols
  • Adhere to infection control standards including, but not limited to: hand hygiene, use of PPE, and equipment disinfection/sterilization.
  • Strong commitment to HIPAA privacy practices

What You Have:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state you're applying to work in
  • Active Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Women's Nurse Practitioner
  • Active BLS Certification
  • Strongly preference to Nurse Practitioners with a minimum of 6 months' experience, working autonomously in their current/previous roles
  • Extensive, recent procedural experience is highly desired, including but not limited to IV placement, suturing, etc., either as a Nurse Practitioner or prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a high-volume clinical/procedural environment (e.g., emergency room)
  • Flexible to work in multiple studio locations within a reasonable distance to your home studio
  • Availability to work a Full-Time schedule including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Full-Time Nurse Practitioners work a 4x10 schedule including at least 2 weekend days per month
  • Minimum of 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently required to kneel, bend, sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to use needles and properly inject patients in the three FDA approved areas for wrinkle prevention
  • Ability to lift/transport items weighing up to 30 lbs
  • Operate standard office equipment and technology

The target base pay for the Nurse Practitioner role in New York, NY is $65.00/hr USD. Total annual compensation, including base pay and bonus, is expected to range from $135,000 to $155,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and location. Peachy reserves the right to adjust this range in the future.
