Position Overview
As a Lead Injector and Educator (RN, NP, or PA) at Hiatus, you will provide advanced cosmetic injections and medical spa treatments while also supporting the education, onboarding, and continued development of injector team members.
This leadership role combines hands-on patient care with training and mentorship responsibilities to help maintain clinical consistency, elevate injector skillsets, and support a culture of excellence across the organization.
Our injectors take a holistic, patient-centered approach to aesthetic medicine, helping guests achieve natural, confidence-boosting results through thoughtful consultation and customized treatment plans.
You'll collaborate with top aesthetic brands and industry partners, receive ongoing advanced training, and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment dedicated to excellence in aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Advanced Aesthetic Treatments
  • Botox and Dysport neurotoxin injections
  • Dermal fillers including Juvederm and Restylane
  • Sculptra biostimulator treatments
  • PRF and EZ Gel regenerative aesthetics
  • SkinPen microneedling
  • SkinVive treatments
  • Medical-grade chemical peels
  • Additional aesthetic and regenerative services
Training & Education
  • Support onboarding and hands-on training for new injectors
  • Assist with injector education, shadowing, and skills development
  • Partner with leadership to maintain consistency in treatment protocols and patient experience
  • Participate in ongoing education initiatives and advanced clinical training
  • Help foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment for injector teams
Patient Care & Consultation

  • Active Texas RN, NP, or PA license

  • Experience in medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine strongly preferred
Compensation
Hourly Base + Monthly Production Bonus
Total Annual Earnings Potential: $90,000 - $200,000+
Top-performing injectors have strong earning potential based on client retention, treatment volume, leadership contribution, and performance bonuses.
