Job Description: Red River is seeking a RPA Bot Developer with an active Secret clearance to join our growing team. The RPA Bot Developer will be responsible for leveraging the current Government Advana RPA Orchestrator RPA software to manage, develop, and deploy BOTs. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct requirements elicitation to gain a detailed understanding of the “as-is” process(es) that have been selected for automation. Define and model the actual process or projects to be automated and mapping any dependencies that the automation might have, like the systems it interacts with or regulations that impact it.

In addition, the Contractor shall provide a briefing that specifies any specific runtime requirements or other relevant information necessary for production usage. Ensure the Government has access to the un-compiled automation before release to Production.
Recommend metrics to the Government to ensure any RPA automation(s) are performing as expected and that will contribute to demonstrating the value of the automation over time. Be aware of and comply with the RPA governance policies and procedures when designing or developing a new bot or make changes/updates to existing bot that have been operationalized. Test the automated process in a staging or testing environment to ensure it executes and performs as expected. The developer is strongly encouraged to use a Government provided development environment. However, the developer may use their own development environment with prior approval from the Government lead or COR, if there is a compelling need to do so.
