Job description

Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking experienced Fire Alarm Technicians to join our dedicated team. As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, programming, and repairing fire alarm and detection systems for various clients across commercial, industrial, and institutional settings. This role is critical in helping ensure the safety and security of our customers' facilities.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience, training, or education related to fire alarm installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair.
  • Familiarity with multiple fire alarm system brands such as EST, Notifier, Silent Knight, Firelite, Ademco, Bosch, etc.
  • Applicable state licenses in Commercial Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm, Nurse Call, and Access Control are required; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
  • Ability to pass government, federal, and customs background checks as applicable.
  • Willingness to travel and work at different client sites in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments.
