Job Description
  • Meet or exceed sales & profitability goals established for account(s)
  • Manage the total sales, effective coordination of resources and support of the Bosch product portfolio to assigned account(s).
  • Maintain a favorable relationship with account base and internal associates while identifying opportunities to increase sales volume and profit margins.
  • Develop, coordinate and execute all account management activities including sales objectives, goal deployment, P&L accountability, strategies and promotional programs.
  • Assure that Bosch products are professionally represented.
  • Work with all Business Units, Category Management and Marketing departments to identify customer-specific opportunities for new product programs, and work with all supporting functions to assure Bosch performance meets customer expectations.
  • Analyze sales trends/performance against plan; provide product and sales forecasts as needed.ย  Develop and report technical changes, innovations, competitor actions and other developments observed in marketplace.
  • Manage participation in sales meetings, conventions and trade shows as necessary.
  • Support other Sales National Accounts (SNA) accounts as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred; will consider equivalent work experience in sales, marketing or purchasing
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Account Management is required; Work experience with major Automotive customers is preferred
  • Internals Only: Knowledge of all Bosch Aftermarket products and services and a working knowledge of Bosch accounting and financial reporting. (Bosch accounting & financial reporting nice to have)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point), SAP experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills (both written and verbal), leadership, strategy development and problem resolution abilities.
  • Ability to travel 30%+

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $120,000.ย Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
