Job description

Come join our Gastroenterology Center team as a Clinic PCT/CNA/MA!

Our team is looking for an experienced MA to support one of the most common health issues in our roaring fork valley: microbiome, digestive health and swallowing! 65% of all Americans have a gastroenterology issue each week. Join our team and help prevent the leading causes of cancer and gut challenges. This position is full time Monday - Friday with no after hours or weekend clinic. We are a close team that cross train and support career growth and patient health.

This is a day shift position!

We are looking for a team player to help patients improved all things digestive tract. Patients will need guidance on swallowing, reflux and common diseases with pancreas, gallbladder, liver, stomach and colon. This position will help patients prepare for assessment and treatment and support their ongoing care pathway. It is weekdays only, within the hours of 8-5pm. Spanish speaking is ideal but not required.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Previous clinic experience desired!

Job Duties:

  • Performs all clinical duties per licensed health care provider or delegation of a registered nurse, designated specifically by the clinic.
  • Provides assistance to licensed health care providers and nursing staff for general patient assessments, rooming patients, procedures, treatments, filing/retrieving medical records, and general office clerical duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Current BLS Certification preferred or obtained within 3 months of hire.
  • Required to successfully completion of Assessment-Based Recognition (ABR) program in order entry for electronic health records (EHR’s), within 30 days of hire.

SALARY RANGE

  • $20.41-30.02/hour (Clinic MA)
  • $20.00 - $28.87/hour (Clinic CNA)
  • $19.00-$27.75/hour (Clinic PCT)
  • Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience
  • Annual Bonus based upon organizational and individual performance.
