Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinic Assistant to support daily clinical operations and help provide a positive experience for patients during their visits. This role is responsible for assisting healthcare professionals with patient care activities, preparing examination areas, supporting clinical procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical support, patient interaction, and healthcare procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist patients during clinic visits
  • Obtain and process patient information prior to appointments and procedures
  • Perform minor diagnostic tests and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist physicians and clinical staff during examinations and procedures
  • Promote patient safety by maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic environment
  • Guide patients through clinic procedures and facility areas
  • Mediate communication between patients and healthcare providers
  • Set up, clean, and stock examination and procedure rooms
  • Sterilize medical equipment and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility
  • Monitor and report patient conditions or concerns to appropriate healthcare personnel
  • Support clinic operations by ensuring supplies and equipment are properly maintained
  • Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and patient confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications
