Achieving Excellence
As a Outdoor Nordic Spa Attendant, you are expected to exceed guest expectations by creating "picture perfect" guest experiences. You will achieve excellence by cleaning and maintaining the facility throughout your shift in addition to operating the pools, saunas, steams rooms, pool deck and outdoor areas for safe guest use.Tasks & Responsibilites
  • Maintain the cleanliness and quality of the entire spa site, including cleanliness and order of bathrooms, showers, lockers rooms and pool area.
  • Conduct pool Deck and relaxation space walk throughs throughout the day to ensure guest experience is maintained throughout the day.
  • Ensure guest lockers are cleaned efficiently and ready for the next guest to arrive.
  • Refills and restocks guest amenities removes and restocks linens as required.
  • Completes deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Completing work processes and checklists seamlessly support the Spa value that we respect our guest's inherent desire to be at peace.
  • Personal communication, interactions, and behaviors support the Spa value that everyone is welcome, and everyone is equal.
  • Contributes to a collaborative workplace; supporting the Spa value of community, common goals and acceptance.

Education & Experience
  • Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred.
  • First Aid Certificates (Including CPR) preferred.
  • Excellent guest service, communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to lift, move, and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
  • Passion for people & wellness.

Working Conditions
This position may work long days and/or weekends to meet periodic upturns in business demands or meet deadlines. This position is set in a fast-paced environment, with high levels of interaction with guests, employees, and other stakeholders. This role will spend a considerable amount of time working outdoors in the fresh mountain air and weather.
Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to be on their feet, reaching with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Visual ability to observe employees in the workplace, analyze operations and detect situations of concern with regard to areas such as employee performance, grooming, training and policy adherence. Employee may be required to pass a functional capacity test developed for this job.

The noise level in this work environment is usually moderate.
