Véritable relais stratégique des marques Coty sur le terrain, le/la Chef·fe de Secteur est responsable du développement du chiffre d’affaires, de la qualité d’exécution en point de vente et de la relation commerciale avec les partenaires distributeurs sur son secteur.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Régional / Directeur Régional des Ventes, vous pilotez votre périmètre en toute autonomie afin de déployer la stratégie commerciale Coty, maximiser la performance des points de vente et renforcer la visibilité des marques.

Garant(e) de l’application des accords commerciaux et des standards d’exécution, vous contribuez directement à la croissance du business, à la part de marché et au succès des lancements auprès de nos enseignes partenaires.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Dans ce rôle, vous contribuez directement à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires, à la performance commerciale et à l’excellence d’exécution sur votre secteur.

  • Développer le chiffre d’affaires, la DN et la part de marché sur votre périmètre.
  • Construire et entretenir des relations commerciales solides avec les enseignes et points de vente.
  • Négocier et mettre en œuvre les accords commerciaux, implantations, opérations promotionnelles et plans merchandising.
  • Garantir une exécution terrain irréprochable, conforme aux accords et aux standards de marque.
  • Déployer les lancements, temps forts commerciaux et animations selon les guidelines siège.
  • Analyser la performance de votre secteur (ventes, rotations, visibilité) et activer des plans d’actions ciblés.
  • Remonter les informations terrain (concurrence, tendances, opportunités) et contribuer à l’amélioration continue.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Vous êtes orienté(e) business, résultats et terrain, avec un fort esprit commercial et le goût du challenge. Vous aimez piloter votre activité en autonomie tout en évoluant dans un environnement international, exigeant et en mouvement.

  • Première expérience réussie en tant que Chef·fe de Secteur / Commercial·e terrain (GMS, sélectif ou retail).
  • Solide sens de la négociation et de la relation client.
  • Bonne maîtrise des fondamentaux de l’exécution retail.
  • Autonome, organisé(e) et capable de gérer efficacement un secteur.
  • Esprit d’analyse et capacité à transformer la performance en actions concrètes.
  • À l’aise avec les outils digitaux de reporting et de pilotage commercial.
