Job Overview

  • We are hiring Construction Laborers to support a large, active construction project.
  • This role involves assisting with concrete work, site cleanup, material handling, and general labor tasks to help keep projects on schedule.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, performing physically demanding work, and following all site safety requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with concrete pours, including operating a come-along and moving concrete with wheelbarrows.
  • Perform concrete cleanup following foundation pours.
  • Tear down concrete forms and remove construction materials safely.
  • Complete site cleanup and maintain an organized, debris-free work area.
  • Move, install, and remove jobsite signage as directed.
  • Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous construction labor experience or experience in a similar physically demanding role.
  • Ability to safely use basic hand tools.
  • Experience operating common power tools.
  • Familiarity with concrete work, including pours, cleanup, and form removal.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
