Job Title: Forklift Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Field Service Technician with direct hands on experience repairing and maintaining forklifts. This role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and material handling equipment in the field
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and safety inspections
  • Repair or replace engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, brakes, and electrical components
  • Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical documents
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment condition and recommended repairs
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a forklift technician or forklift mechanic (required)
