Expected Duration: January – April (Tax Season) 11/18/25 Last Updated About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Tax Intern to support our tax team during the busy filing season. This intern will help prepare individual and business tax returns, organize client documentation, and support overall tax department functions.

Work Schedule:

Seasonal: January – April 15 20–30 hours per week, flexible schedule. Extended hours may be required during peak deadlines.

AJK, LLC is a trusted provider of tax preparation and financial services with a strong reputation for accuracy, professionalism, and exceptional client service. We are currently seeking experienced seasonal tax preparers to join our team for the upcoming tax season. Key Responsibilites Assist in preparing individual and business tax returns. Organize, scan, and maintain client documents. Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks. Review client information for completeness. Support staff with extensions, estimated payments, and other tasks. Ensure compliance with AJK, LLC's Written Information Security Plan (WISP). Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all work.

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting or related field. Basic understanding of tax concepts and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
