  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic data analysis.
  • Familiarity with tax preparation software is a plus; experience with CCH Axcess Tax is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to learn new software and technology tools quickly.

Professional Skills
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Professionalism and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Education & Experience
Required
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.

  • Learn tax preparation and advisory processes used in public accounting.
  • Develop technical tax and accounting skills.
  • Gain exposure to small business tax planning and consulting.
  • Receive mentorship from experienced tax professionals.
  • Build a strong foundation for a future career in tax, accounting, or advisory services.

High-performing interns may be considered for future internship opportunities or full-time positions upon graduation.
Travel
Minimal travel may be required.
