About the Role:
 As our Bookkeeping & Payroll Client Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, communicating directly with them and managing their payroll needs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the bookkeeping and business field within a small, close-knit team environment. 
Responsibilities:
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding their payroll needs and questions
  • Process and manage client payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Collaborate with team members 
  • Handle sensitive client and payroll information with accuracy and discretion
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal 
  • Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
