Job description

Country Store is seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily operations of our convenience store and fuel station. This position supports the Store Manager in leading employees, maintaining inventory, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations.


Responsibilities


Assist with daily store operations, opening, and closing procedures

Train, coach, and support store employees

Ensure excellent customer service standards

Assist with inventory management and ordering

Monitor cash handling, deposits, and store controls

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store

Help ensure compliance with all tobacco, alcohol, lottery, and fuel regulations

Support sales goals and company promotions


Qualifications


1+ year of retail, convenience store, restaurant, or supervisory experience preferred
