About the Role: 
Culligan Pure Waters is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly as we continue to grow and serve our customers. Responsibilities: 
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
  • Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements
  • Collaborate with management to support audits and financial planning initiatives

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance
