Champion Home Services in Bulverde, Texas has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This is a part time position $18.50-$25.00 per hour, Monday - Friday for mid shift!
What you will do:
- Handle inbound customer service calls including, but not limited to:
- Booking appointments
- Understanding general priority booking knowledge
- Providing tech ETA
- Deescalating customer concerns
- Understating field availability for effective booking
- Handle text and chat engagements with the customers
- Call on customer list to offer promotions
- Creating and updating customer profiles
