Assistant Store Manager:

Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees."


Starting wages for this position vary between $14-$17 per hour and are dependent on which state the store you are applying for is located in.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the manager in maintaining sales performance, customer satisfaction, daily operations and staff training and development. The ideal candidate will help the manager achieve these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. 

Responsibilities

      Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability

      Lead daily operations.

      Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance

      Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store

      Oversee stock and store operations


Qualifications

      High school education or equivalent experience

      1-year supervisory experience is a plus, but is not required
