About The Role

We are looking for aStylistwho is passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and creating meaningful connections with clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to grow within the luxury resale industry.


As a Stylist, you will represent the Mine & Yours brand on the sales floor, provide personalized service to every client, and support the overall success of the store through sales, client outreach, merchandising, and daily operations.


What You'll Do

Deliver an Elevated Client Experience

  • Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
  • Provide personalized styling and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Educate clients on product details, fit, styling, and designer features to create a best-in-class shopping experience.
  • Support a seamless and elevated experience from greeting through purchase and follow-up.


Build Client Relationships

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through thoughtful communication and outreach.
  • Follow up regarding merchandise requests, new arrivals, store events, and other clienteling opportunities.
  • Begin building and developing your own client book.


Drive Sales and Team Success

  • Achieve individual sales and outreach goals while contributing to overall store performance.
  • Support teammates and collaborate to create a positive, high-energy sales environment.
  • Share creative ideas and feedback that help enhance the client experience and store performance.


Maintain Store Standards

  • Ensure the sales floor, displays, and product presentation remain polished and visually compelling.
  • Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining luxury presentation standards.
  • Support daily operational tasks and other ad-hoc projects as needed.


Who You Are

  • 1+ year of experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role preferred.
  • Passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and sustainability.
  • Naturally outgoing and confident in building relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn, receive feedback, and grow within a retail career.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using POS systems, and other retail technology platforms.
  • Comfortable being on camera and representing the Mine & Yours brand through social media content, live selling, product features, and other digital client engagement opportunities.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.


Expectations

  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability during peak business periods, including Black Friday, Boxing Day, and the holiday season through mid-January.
  • A willingness to support additional projects, responsibilities, and initiatives as needed by the store's management team.
