Job Description and Duties
- Determine with Retail Manager potential retail opportunities. From retail marketing initiatives to local product offering.
- May work with buying team on product assortment and complementary product to the brand.
- May work with marketing team on retail marketing calendar, special events & local media etc.
- The store manager will represent the brand by being a dynamic and inspiring leader possessing a strong background in business management, sales and relationship building skills. The Store Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store while growing brand awareness locally.

Set the Tone
- Create and maintain a warm, welcoming environment by delivering best in class customer service. Lead by example and hold each team member accountable to the same level of service.
- Establish a goal oriented selling culture that focuses on relationship selling and building a strong client base.
- Build standard operating procedures with corporate partners and ensure the team is aware of and following set policies.
- Cultivate a culture of selling by achieving sales plan through means of efficient planning, execution, business analysis and streamlining store processes.
Develop the Business
- Use your entrepreneurial spirit to proactively seek out marketing opportunities within the community to increase brand awareness and store exposure.
