POSITION SUMMARY
Be The Standard. Hammer & Nails Chamblee is a membership-based grooming lounge built for men who expect more, and for barbers who want more too. This isn't a walk-in shop hoping for foot traffic - it's a loyal membership base already outpacing the Hammer & Nails system average for new locations, which means a full chair without the chasing.
This role is a fit for a barber who wants steady bookings, real income, and a shop that runs on structure instead of chaos.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A licensed barber who is confident and consistent in:
  • Men's haircuts, fades, and line-ups
  • Beard grooming and straight razor services
  • Precision detailing, every time - not just on a good day
  • Following a structured service process (the Golden Standard)
  • Keeping a clean, sanitation-compliant station

This is a high-volume shop with a member base that expects the same quality on visit fifty as visit one. Dependable, punctual, and coachable barbers will thrive here.

  • Deliver haircuts, beard work, razor services, and premium grooming per the Golden Standard
  • Build real relationships with members - this is a retention business, not a one-and-done shop

Compensation: Up to $40.00/hour, including base, commission, and tips. 100% of tips retained.
Benefits: Paid time off, W2 employment (no booth rent), consistent booking volume from an established membership base, paid training and ongoing skill development, and all tools, equipment, and products provided.
WHY HAMMER & NAILS CHAMBLEE
This shop was built as a membership business on purpose, because a full chair shouldn't depend on luck. That structure is why members keep coming back - and why barbers here can count on their income instead of hoping for it. On-site leadership means barbers aren't left to run the shop themselves, in a modern, upscale environment with real growth potential behind the chair.
Total. Man. Care. That's the standard, on both sides of the chair.
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
  • In-person, Chamblee, GA
  • Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Evening and weekend availability required
