Job description

About RepRally
RepRally is a fast-growing B2B tech marketplace helping emerging consumer brands expand into independent retail stores nationwide. We connect viral brands with independent retailers through a modern, app-based wholesale platform designed to simplify growth and drop-ship fulfillment for both brands and store owners.
About The Role
We are looking for an elite sales professional is located and already has deep relationships in the local independent retail space in the Atlanta metro area.
This is a full-cycle, true "hunter" opportunity where you will build and own your territory. You will be out in the field driving 4 to 5 days a week, focusing on opening new independent retail doors and driving continuous re-orders to build a massive, compounding book of business.
Who We Sell To
Basically, if a business is independently owned and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) , we want to work with them. Examples of independent stores we work with include:
Convenience stores , Grocery Stores, Mom-and-pop shops, Gas stations (Independent & Franchise Locations), Liquor stores, and Smoke shops.
Note: (While you can sell into liquor and smoke shops, our catalog does not include alcohol or tobacco).
Our reps even close deals with independently owned cafes, gyms, arcades, and bowling alleys. As long as you can get in front of the actual decision-maker, we can work with them.
We do not work with corporate-owned or massive chains like Walmart or Target with formal corporate processes.
What You'll Do Every Day
  • Hit the Streets: Spend 4-5 days a week in the field, conducting 10-15 in-person cold visits daily to aggressively acquire new independent retail accounts.
  • Prospect & Pitch: Call ahead to set up appointments, get past the counter to speak directly with decision-makers, and pitch the RepRally catalog.
  • Use the Tech: Keep track of your leads in our system, and place store orders directly through the RepRally mobile app or get stores set up on our Online portal.
  • Drive Residual Volume: Secure the initial sale and actively manage the relationship to drive continuous, high-volume re-orders from your accounts.

Qualifications We're Looking For
  • Relevant CPG/DSD Experience: 2+ years of field sales, route sales, or territory development experience working for a CPG brand, snack distributor, non-alcoholic beverage company, or retail association. (No pure alcohol/tobacco distributor backgrounds).
  • An Existing Book Of Business : You must have an existing, active network ofindependent store owners and retail decision-makers in the Atlanta Metro Area. (Not corporate buyers at large, national chains).
  • Comfortable with Tech: We are a modern, paperless company. You don't need to be a computer wizard, but you do need to be comfortable using a smartphone, open to learning our mobile ordering app, and willing to track your leads in a basic CRM.
  • The Elite Hunter Mindset: You are a self-motivated "hunter" who thrives at selling in the field, not behind a desk.
  • The Basics: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with an active data plan.

Why Join RepRally?
  • Uncapped earning potential with competitive base salary plus commission.
  • On-target earnings of $85K-$110K+.
  • Work directly with the HQ & Leadership Team in NYC.
  • Opportunity to build and grow an emerging market
  • High visibility within a rapidly scaling company
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)
