Industrial Maintenance Mechanic 2:
Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville: North Plant at 1009 Sloan St.
South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for both locations.
Working Hours: 8 and 12 hour fixed and rotating shifts
Hourly Wage: $26.85 - $33.25 an hour with a $.50 shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts.

As an Industrial Maintenance employee, you will:
  • Work in a way that always keeps you and your co-workers safe.
  • Trouble shoot, repair and install building and manufacturing equipment.
  • Gather information and feedback from other departments around repairs and efficiency of our machines.
  • Manufacture and assemble replacement parts for manufacturing equipment using welders, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders and other machine shop equipment.
  • Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to perform maintenance functions.
  • Learn directly alongside senior technicians to develop advanced skills across mechanical, electrical, and machining disciplines.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting (or a strong foundational background with a demonstrated drive to train in advanced trade specialties)
  • Ability to lift and carry 20-60 pounds
  • Ability to read diagrams, manuals and specifications
