THE JOB

As a Senior Sales Associate in our Mashburn New York City shop, you will be responsible for demonstrating the brand values in how you engage with and take care of customers. You will create a welcoming and memorable brand experience in the shop by discovering and assessing client needs, suggesting thoughtful solutions, building trusted relationships, and maintaining timely follow-up. You will enhance and develop the business by proactively reaching out to clients and sharing information on new products and events. You will also contribute to daily operations of the store to maintain our brand standards throughout all areas of the business. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

•Make all customers feel welcome and taken care of by exceeding their expectations and providing an exceptional brand experience
•Demonstrate deep knowledge of the products and styling to advise customers of all shapes, sizes, and ages
•Maintain an active client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up
•Create meaningful relationships with customers to personalize interactions, build loyalty, and develop brand ambassadors
•Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals
•Work as a team player, partnering with fellow associates and fostering open communication, to ensure a consistent customer experience and contribute to a positive working environment
•Maintain a strong desire to continue to learn and grow every day
•Maintain seamless operations and processes according to brand guidelines
