Job description

The Bill Weychert State Farm Agency is seeking a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative to join our team at 2078 Butler Pike in Conshohocken, PA.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to provide additional protection. You will serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers by answering policy questions, processing account updates, assisting with billing and claims-related needs, and conducting proactive policy reviews.


In addition to delivering exceptional service, you will be responsible for identifying coverage gaps and recommending appropriate products through needs-based conversations. The ideal candidate can balance service responsibilities with established monthly in-book sales and retention goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and provide clear, accurate policy and coverage information

• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and account updates


• Support customers throughout the claims process and provide follow-up as needed


• Conduct proactive account reviews to ensure customers’ policies remain current and effective


• Identify coverage gaps and additional opportunities within the agency’s existing book of business


• Recommend appropriate insurance products using a needs-based, customer-first approach


• Transition service conversations into meaningful in-book sales opportunities


• Meet established monthly sales and retention goals while maintaining service excellence


• Follow up consistently regarding outstanding service needs and coverage recommendations


• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions


• Collaborate with agency team members to provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to listen carefully, explain coverage clearly, and guide customers confidently


• Comfortable recommending products, asking for the business, and being accountable for monthly goals
