Position Summary
As a Loan Clerk at FCN Bank, you will play a vital role in the post-closing functions for loans, ensuring the smooth management and organization of loan-related activities. Essential Functions
  • Insurance Coverage Management: Maintain and manage insurance coverage requests for the bank's non-mortgage loan portfolio.
  • Filing and Mail: Handle all departmental filing and mail, ensuring documents are properly organized and accessible.
  • Loan File Management: Organize loan files and dismantle closed files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Release of Paid-off Files: Manage the release process for paid-off loan files.
  • Lien Filing: File liens on titles as required.
  • Document Scanning: Scan paperwork to ensure digital records are up-to-date.
  • 4 Sight Review: Conduct daily reviews using the 4 Sight system.
  • Coupon Book Review: Review and manage coupon book orders.
  • Collateral Tracking: Input and maintain collateral tracking records.
  • Customer Service: Answer phones and assist customers with loan-related inquiries, embodying our community-minded values.
  • Payment Processing: Handle credit card payments and floorplan servicing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Loan Transactions: Process loan payments and disbursements via phone, in person, or by email.

Skills & Abilities
Experience and/or Education:
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
  • One plus years of experience in Banking
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Loan Operating Systems
