Lead the social media vision for one of the region's most dynamic organizations. As the Director of Social Media and Digital Content Production, you'll drive innovative social strategies, oversee the creation of compelling digital content, and inspire audience engagement across a diverse portfolio of brands. What you will do as the Director of Social Media and Digital Content Production:

  • Lead the enterprise-wide social media strategy across Turning Stone Enterprises and its portfolio of brands, establishing channel-specific strategies, audience growth plans, content priorities and performance goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, timely execution, community engagement and adherence to platform best practices.
  • Lead the planning, development and execution of integrated social media campaigns that support key business initiatives, property openings, entertainment, hospitality, gaming, food & beverage, government communications and other strategic priorities.
  • Oversee all digital content production for social media and other digital platforms, partnering with videographers, photographers, editors and creative teams to develop compelling content from concept through final delivery.
  • Provide creative leadership for content development, including concepting, storyboarding, scripting, production planning, creative direction, scheduling and performance optimization.  
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Marketing to ensure social media strategies complement paid media initiatives, support paid social campaigns and create seamless integration across owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, creator economy developments, AI tools and digital innovations, recommending new opportunities to improve performance and maintain industry leadership.
  • Establish social media measurement frameworks, monitors KPIs and audience insights, and provides strategic recommendations that improve engagement, audience growth, conversion and overall campaign performance.
  • Use data, analytics and consumer insights to continuously optimize content strategy, posting cadence, platform mix and creative execution.
  • Oversee social media governance, editorial planning, publishing standards and crisis response protocols to ensure brand consistency and reputation management across all channels.

Work Experience

To be successful as the Director of Social Media and Digital Content Production, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field required.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in social media, digital marketing, content production, or a related field, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Agency experience, or experience working in a similarly fast-paced, multi-brand environment, strongly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media strategy and platform best practices across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives while managing internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across audiences and platforms.
