Job description

This location is a Distribution Center. Overtime opportunities are available throughout the summer months. Throughout June- September will include mandatory and overtime hours based on needs of the business.
Opportunities for full time employee may be offered post season.

Pay: $18.75/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with overtime including Saturday
Location: 8598 E. Country Road 100 S., Avon, Indiana 46123
Job Type: Seasonal - not eligible for benefits
Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility's peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate an order picker or turret to perform case pick duties
  • Organize and stow products in the correct location within the facility
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed
  • Other duties on or off the forklift equipment as assigned to support business needs
  • Adherence to all safety policies - steel toes required
What You Bring:
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
  • 6+ months previous order picker or turret experience - required
  • Ability to work at heights of 20ft or more - required
  • Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop, and lift 50lbs throughout 8 to 10-hour shift
